I have a cabinet that lately has been causing me a lot of head ache. We recently upgraded to 8720's with G350 Media from G3r. We had about 25 EPN's in our network, and there is 1 in particular that really started to act up the night we cut over. It popped a 775 card... Yesterday it burnt another one. Today I have new Major's on an EXP-INTF that fails the following tests

Test 240 Abort Error Code 3
Test 241 Abort Error Code 1413
Test 316 Fail Error Code 1

Also Minor PKT-BUS Alarms have showed up in the last hour too... Sounds like its time to do a complete over haul wouldn't you agree? HAHAHA thoughts?

It could be dust !!!
Is the system dusty or hot ?
But it always good to replace it with new :)

I still have 7 of those cabinets and never have any problems. I have cleaned the fans about every 6 months and keep the filters changed on the same schedule.

Like tlpeter said, it could be dirty and getting hot. The major killers of these things is heat or dirt or dust.
