CA InoculateIT Version 6 Realtime monitor problem

We've recently implemented Computer Associates' E-Trust 6.0 products on our NT servers. This has worked very well. But our desktop roll-out (using CA's Realtime Monitor) is causing problems with Windows 98 PCs. We experience frequent application hangs (especially Microsoft Word). CA advise to uncheck the 'protect network drive' - but we already have!

HAs anyone else experienced these issues?

You have to scan Incoming Files Only. I don't know why it defaults to both directions when it causes so many problems on so many platforms. Right click the real-time scanner and choose Monitor Incoming Files. Bill Zielinski
