C3750 problem, Cisco VOIP with CME

new to Cisco voip and need your help
i had some fan problems with C3750 and it is under Guarntee, i asked to replace the fans, they send to me a refeb. switch same as what i have
my system is working all right
all phones (4) rigister properly and all is well
just the C3750 is noisy
so, i copied the config (show run) from the old switch
and past it on the refeb. C3750 24PS switch connected every thing propely, the phones will not register
the show run on the new switch show error

Not sure if it would cause the duplex issue, but you can manually set the speed/duples of Gi1/0/2.

You may have to initialize the VLAN database since you did a copy/paste of the config:

config t
vlan database
exit

(you'll get an error about command being depracated blah blah, ignore it).
