.C11 voice mail files

I have a customer that wants to change the greeting “Your call has been answered by Avaya IP Office” in imbedded voicemail Intuity mode.
Does anybody have a list of what the file names are for the .c11 files under “Avaya\IP Office\Manager\LVMSound\eng”.
Does anybody know of a player to play the current files from a PC?

As for the player then Windows Media Player comes with Windows and can play .wav files
 
I think the OP was talking about Embedded not VM Pro. the files are a different format. I know someone posted a while ago of a player. i will see if i can find it

From my knowledge there are no utilities to play the .c11 files.
Will be happy to be wrong.
