Got this message everytime I boot up an xp machine, IE will not open at all..looks like it's a virus..anybody out there knows what it is ??

google doesn't seem to recognise it. Is that file actually on your machine? Have you tried editing the startup list to stop the autorun of it (eg, msconfig or autoruns). Have you run a scan with your security software? Do you have any other browsers installed to try? Have you tried resetting IE's settings (advanced option in internet options - assuming its ie8)

It's IE 7, will run msconfig and try reset IE...

found it in the the startup and disabled it, does not show up anymore but IE still will give a no connection..
looks like a dll error ??

you've obviously got internet access elsewhere, so could download IE8 install & install that (often fixes problems with previous versions of IE). Or another browser like Chrome. Is the machine definitley connected to the internet (eg, can you ping from a command prompt)?
