C++ 4 codes

Ok newbie is not even the correct word for this question but here goes. Could anyone tell me the C++ 4 codes to do the following:

Make a folder
Delete a folder
Rename a folder
Move a File
Delete a File
Rename a file

I would use the API calls to handle this. Look under the MSDN help, contents->Platform SDK documentation->Windows API
