Bypass message?

Hi all,
When I open any of my databases I get the following message:

Opening C:\FileName

This file may not be safe if it contains code that was intended to harm your computer.
Do you want to open this file or canceal the operation?
Canceal Open

Does anyone know how to paypass this message?
