Buzz/Beep on ACD phone 1

Hi All,

Please can you tell me if on an M3905 phone you can increase the Buzz/Beep from 1 to 3 and maybe some config tips on how to programme this feature?

When a call comes in, the Agent hears 1 Buzz/Beep, the Team Manager would like to increase the Buzz/Beep,

I think you need FITA (flexible incoming tones allowed). Try this:
in CBD (LD 15)carriage return to FTR_DATA. type YES. At OPT prompt type SBA (SL-1 sets) and DBA (digital sets). Then in the phone's class of service program FITA in CLS.
Hopefully this is what you need.

i don't think so; i think it's either continual if you allow FITA or once if you don't. But I will check.
