Buying Aloha Software

I have a client that wants to know if he can buy his upgrade directly through Radiant. I told him that as far as I know, he still has to use his local dealer--but, much has changed in the last year, so I told him I would at least ask.

Do all new sales and upgrades need to be purchased through the dealers, even the business owner themselves calls in to make the purchase?

Unless you have 50 or more stores, you have to go through your local dealer for everything.
