It appears that the Voice Mail button on the phone can be configured to go to visual voice... but I cannot find any document that instructs on how to do that, nor do I see anything in my Manager for setting this option. When you press the voicemail button on my 9508, it uses the old voicemail interface (it speaks to you, please enter your extension and press #).
