How can I set up say 201 and set up all the buttons, the "copy and paste" all buttons to other extensions?
 
can you tell us how you are programming your buttons - i.e what are you giving your users?

that is to say, please dont give them line appearence buttons and call them "Line 1, Line 2"

Reason is I see you are from the nortel school ;-)

Well. If he is giving them "Line Appearance" buttons wouldn't he want to label them Line 1, Line 2 etc?

I was thinking more along the lines of Call Appearance keys instead! ..... :)
