Have a customer that is migrating from the Nortel world. They would like to replicate a couple features that they liked on their previous system. 1.) Hotline - they would like for an assistant to ring their boss on a dedicated line/button (not the appearance buttons); 2.) Virtual Park - they would like to park a call and then be able to go to another phone and retrieve that call by entering in a password/retrieval code. They don't want just anyone with a Park button to grab the call.
