Went through the manual and quick reference guide, and must be overlooking how to unassign line (4)from its line button to then assign line (5) to the line (4) button on a partner 6button. I've assigned line (5) to the extension, but it is not showing up on the line buttons. I've unassigned all 4 of the existing lines and assigned line (5)#301. When I check the line buttons they do nothing. Any suggestions on how to route the line (5) directly to a specific line button on a Partner 6 button. Thanks in advance!

Found it in the manual. Select 3 when assigning the line to select which button to assign it to. Thanks Me. I read right over the top of it 10 times before I saw it.
Sometimes you get there faster driving slower!

Keep in mind that when you assign the lines from EXT 10 or 11, you are probably working off of either an 18D or 34D set.

When you assign the lines, make sure you are pressing buttons/positions that apply to the 6 button set.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

Ah! Disregard my reply. [smile]
