busy trigger for phones

Is there a way to set a phone number up so that it can recieve more than one call on the same phone number on different phones like on cisco voip phones in the cisco call manager they have a busy trigger so that you can allow more than one call on that same number on different phones does the option 61 have somehting like that... or is there a way to set up a UCD group on the option 61

Yep, Sounds like an MCR (Multiple Call Ringing) soluition is what you require can apply to Analogue, Digital or IP phones

how would i go about programming that to the phones

Your going to need to find an unused Ext.# and then program each key on each phone as an MCR. So in the phone programming it would be like this

Key xx mcr yyyy

Where xx = the key # and yyyy = the new ext. #
