Hello everyone,
I have problems with incoming calls, that after the service, are disconnected and are 30 to 40 seconds, generating a busy tone.
Of course it could turn the call over the button or the hook, but it is a call center that has an IPO R.7 500. CCR whith VM-Pro are 100 agents.
Set's 1608 IP.
I need the call is disconnected after the "Origin" disconnect this call.
