Busy Signal

I have a set, 7078, that has FDN and HUNT to 7072. 7072 is set FDN and HUNT to 4509 (Which is VM). When 7078 is in use incoming calls ring busy. Why? 7072 appears to work fine.

Help.

7078 needs CLS FBA (Forward busy allowed) (FBD = Forward busy denied) Also change 7072 CLS FBA. If set to FBD, calls do not forward if set is busy.

I've changed both of them to FBA and still having the problem. Other ideas?

how many appearances of 7072 are there? it seems like another appearance of that DN may be controlling the hunt/fna. You don't need FBA. FBA routes DID calls to the console when the set is busy. That's not what you're looking for. Double-check appearances of 7072

Check your marp's on the ext. that will control were the go.

I checked the MARP. It is set, as you suspected, to a different phone. How do I reset the MARP to the correct phone?

fyi/...fba never needs to be changed for that forwarding to work, i don't have ot turned on for any station in my 81 except the 4 stations that are allowed to forward to the orperator...

I got it! The MARP was set to a different phone. I reset the MARP to the correct phone and it works!!!!!
