Busy signal when using call forwarding?? 1

Hi,

We have some meridian 2616 handsets and I setup CFW for 12 digits on a couple of the phones in our office for employees that want to forward their calls to their cell phones. This works fine on my on handset that I tested out but for some reason I keep on getting a busy signal on the other handsets when trying to forward the call. After a minute with the busy signal the handset automactically dials our main number. This is driving me crazy as I can't seem to figure where the problem is coming from. Here is the programming for one of the phones getting the busy signal, any help is greatly appreciated!

Change CLS CFXD to CFXA

Also check CDB for CFF or CFO, should be CFF
