We are switching from a "converged" (voice+data) service that supports 23 CO lines to one that supports 18 CO lines (on a PRI). To prevent outbound calls from originating on CO lines 19-23 I am told I have to "busy out" those lines. Can somebody tell me how to do this? I do have the programming manual and know how to make simple changes from the attendant's console.
