Busy Lamps

Hey Folks,

Got an intermittant issue whereby a busy lamp is not lit, yet the extension is actually busy. One thing Im thinking is that the extension has a multicall key as well, could it be when its answering the multicall key that its prime line isnt busy, hence the failure to light the key?

There is the sys options option: BLF Busy Indication based on set - On this system its set to No. Could that be the solution?

I believe with this option set to no if the set has free lines available (the multicalls) the BLF will not light. Change that option to yes and as long as the set is busy the BLF will light up.

Yes, the system option should be set to YES if you want the busy indication based on Set Busy instead of Prime Line Busy
