We installed a IP500 V2 running 6.1(5)at our office to replace a hosted Cisco System. On the Cisco we had a third party program to show the extensions in use on our computers. Does anyone know of a program that will do this with the IP Office? I have not been able to find anything through Avaya.

Thanks Michael

Yes, but beyond displaying the state of 15 users it is licenced, kind of question you would normally ask/ask to be demo'd before purchase though :)

Avaya IP Office Customer Call Reporter can do this as well as many other things. We use it to monitor phone lines in use, as well as collect statistical data on call center agents.

CCR for BLF? That's a pricey solution, look more at Phone Manager and One-x :)

I am a Business Partner. I have not ever tried to find anything until the company I worked for was bought out by a company who had a hosted system. I was hoping to find something non licensed or fairly cheap if paid for. The custom call reporter gets expensive with licensing really quick.

Thanks for the help.

Then Phone Manager or One-x portal it is, phone manager installs a client app that shows 15 BLF's for free to go beyond that it's licenced, One x is server based and browsed to and costs more but no client side install and without the limit for BLF's and if you have a lot of people may work out cheaper than licencing Phone Manager :)

What phones do you use?
You can program user buttons which show blf or can be used for a pickup or transfer.

honey, i fried the IP Office !!!

Sarcasm, it's only one of the services I offer.

indeed - if using 54xx series install an EU24 or if another style, 16xx or 96xx then install the respective button units as well.

Although the 1608 has a module port, a bm32 does only work on a 1616!!!
The same applies for the 1408 and a dbm32.
Why are those ports there? i have no idea at all :)

I saw it on a 1408 for sure.
I can't check on the 1608 (no 1608 near by)
Maybe the old 1608's???

I am using mostly 5410's and a few 5420's. The problem is I just do not have enough buttons for 28 phones. I think I am going to set up the One-X Portal.

are you licenced for it?

Poweruser / Teleworker / Office user licences will give you One-X ability

I have 5 teleworker user licenses and 5 power user licenses. I was hoping to find a 3rd party program that I would not need to use these licenses. I am looking to use these for other features if at all possible. Do I need any other licenses for the One-X?

Thanks Michael

You need a good server.
Are you going to use the Windows or the Linux type?

I currently have a server running Windows Web Server 2008. I am using it as my voicemail server. It meets all the specs in the knowledgebase. Will these two programs coexist?

Thanks Michael.
