Busy Indicator Buttons

I was wondering if anybody knew how you could program a busy indicator button through their phone rather than through the console?

Not a problem, just program a "busy-ind TAC/Ext:XXXX" key.

But note, the button must be programmed through the console (or SAT terminal, ASA, etc). You cannot take an unassigned button on the station and turn it into a Busy-Ind button through a FAC.

Thanks Susan, that is what I thought. I sure think thats a goofy design because now I have to go and program everybodys phone rather than them doing it themselves.

What I've done in the past is to give my users autodial buttons. They can program these on their own. Then, at my leisure, station by station, I change the autodials to busy-indicators via ASA.
