Busy forward of CDN members to another PLDN when all agents are in calls ?

Hi all

We are runing CS1000 Rls 6.0, and when the CDN 1000 was busy (all agents members on call) the caller hear only ringback tone, now my customer want to busy forward this CDN to another PLDN...so when all agents go busy (on call) the call must be automatically forwarded to the PLDN 1200.

Please any help on this will be appreciated

The overflow of the ACD can be done to another ACTIVE ACD queue. Active acd queue means minimum 1 phoneset configured on that ACD and with agent loggin. The overflow doesn't worked for a DN/PLDN.
