Busy Forward (2)

Ok the last posting I had was getting a bit too long. So here we go. I am having a problem with calls being forwarded correctly when the line is busy. Here's the deal, 7922 rings to 8369 which then goes to vm (for hunt and fna). If 7922 does not answer the call it works fine, caller goes to vm. If 7922 is busy the call gets transferred to 8369 but NEVER gets to vm, simple rings endlessly on 8369. I have built 8369 on an analog TN and I still have this issue. I am stumped. Please help.

It always helps us help you if you Post the TNB's of all the phones involved in your problem.

Both phones need SFA and FNA and FBA.

What type of Voice Mail system are you using?

FBA? Sends a DID call to the Attendant on Busy, gets over ride from HTA.

no prompt on the posted tn controls that call .. after the call forwards or hunts to any other target the software on that station takes control

Thanks guys. I had the Shared Tech guys out the other day. They were not able to solve this either. They could duplicate the problem.
