Busy complaints / Peg Counts

I think I have an internal Fax server problem... "something" is generating busies, but ran a traffic study on a PRI anyway. The columns are marked MLHPC, MLHINCPC, MLHUSG, MLHOFL. What is MLH? I think I get PC peg count OVFL - overflow, etc. I would expect to see usage at 100 to show busies - correct? I don't see that. I also see Overflow in the last column but I don't have an overflow setup!

Have you rebooted the fax server? Those servers are notorious for having to be rebooted.

Yes, server is fine. customers complain 'intermittently" about busies. I'm trying to decipher the traffic study from the CO to see if we are creating an all trunks busy condition.

Just throwing it out there, I had a problem with some ext's not being answered by faxserver, I changed my DSEL around in my route, I think it finally worked with VOD.
