I'm sure that there is quite a list of BO partners in the US? The bigger ones usually also provide training. A quick check with BO USA should give you a shortlist in your area..

No one teaches 6.1 any more. But, I have taught the 6.5 material. It is just 6.1 with a few extra paragraphs. When you look the public BO website and sign up for training in a particular geography, odds are it's being taught at a partner's site.
