When printing a Word document that contains a bullet list, the bullets do not print as they appear in the document and print preview. For example, if I create a document with a list selecting the default black dot bullets, when I print that document, I get a Wingdings character (the one created by the "Z" key) or a Symbol character (the one created by the "X" key) where the black dot bullets should be. Everything else is fine - we just have problems with the bullets printing out correctly. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? Thanks.

btw, we're printing to an HP LaserJet 4000N on our LAN, if that makes a difference.

Another character we sometimes get is the Wingdings font-character created by the "V" key.

We had that problem once and I had to find new drivers for that particular printer. Once I updated the drivers, the problem was fixed.

Hope that helps.

Sincerely,
Colleen Parker
