BulletProof FTP problems

I am trying to connect to BP Client but all I keep getting is the following error:

Connecting to

http://www.customloyal.com

port 21
Error 10022 (Invalid argument) connecting
Delaying for 10 seconds before reconnect...

Does anyone have any suggestions. Thx

this may be because your havent configured bulletproof properley it shuld be ftp://customloyal.com and also you would have to enter the username and password and any port should be ok it just depends which one is already in use.

It is actually for a new job and I entered the host, username and password exactly like they instructed. It is the first time that they have ever seen this error message and really don't know how to solve my problem. Any more suggestions. Thanks.

I could log in there,so the address and port info are ok...

The Bpfptserver site lists this error as:

10022 - WSAEINVAL : Program error - invalid action requested

Tried the links but did not get an answer to my problem.

What exactly does 10022 - WSAEINVAL : Program error - invalid action requested mean?
