what is a good free program that we can use on windows xp for sending out our weekly sales flyer to our customers.
we are not opposed to paying for it, if it works and tracks email addresses so we know if our list is right.

need to bypass our server...

no. i am not a spammer.
simply a graphic designer in an automotive parts company.
we send out weekly specials to our customers and they want to receive them. about 300 people on our distribution list.

Cheap, good tracking on bounces, opens, and click throughs etc
