Bulk Download of Call recordings from Media Manager 3

Hi

We have IP Office and use media manager for call recordings via the web interface. i am looking at a way to get all the call recordings downloaded in a readable format but only seem to be able to select a page at a time. We have 3000 pages of recordings so this will take hours or days to do. Anyone have any idea of a quicker way to do this ?

Yeah, It's only a page at a time. Looked into this a couple of years back and couldn't find another way of doing it, without backing up the database then importing into another server.

3000 pages will take you approx 6 hours of non stop tedious work to download them all. But you may also want to rename the zips with the date and start time of the first recording cos otherwise you could spend forever trying to find the correct recording.

I actually did figure out a way to do this by the way....

It'll take some typing on your part or maybe some excel/csv magic to make the url, but i was able to download all 118 records in my MM this way.

Log into MM, and in a separate tab, enter this URL (replace the IP address with your MM ip address) into the address bar:

It'll take a few moments but it'll process and then have you download a tar.gz file, this downloaded all the records for recordings 55-118 into their opus files and some other info.

Mine only went up to 118 records, so look in the bottom right corner and it should say how many total records there are. I would do them in chunks otherwise you risk maybe locking everything up lol.
I'd think this could be scripted as well using wget and such.
