I'm trying to build an XP machine on VMware, but when I try to install it, it says that there is no disk. I've tried hitting F6 for SCSI, but still no go. Any ideas?

I'm right there with you Buckethead. I am trying to create an XP Pro instance on an ESX server out IT dept was kind enough to loan me but when I press F6 it just seems to ignore the keystroke(s) and move on to the next step. I've installed the SCSI driver .flp file and confiured the floppy to point to it but I'm running up against a wall.
