I have an 81c on 4.5, I want to use a specific route number. The switch will let me build the route, when I add trunks to it and dial the ACOD I receive a fast busy.

If I build the same route on a different route number it works. Any ideas?

Have you checked the TGAR on the set you are dialing the ACOD from?

when u dial ACOD of Route u need to have CLS UNR and the FRL on the Route need to be allow on fcr table

e.g.
DN 100 with CLS UNR TGAR 7, NCOS 0
Route 1 with NO TGAR, with FRL 0 0
FCR table: 0 init alow with NO deny digits
and with Members idle state
now dial.

proactiv, based on some older posts of yours, you have been fighting this or similar problems for a while and have eliminated TGAR, TARG, and other obvious issues. You wrote that certaain ACCD values are the trigger. One of the follow ups a while back had the clue I think.. You have corruption in what I think is called the "DNTREE" of the system - an area that we can't help much with. Regardless, it is either up to nortel or you could try a reload.

Prt the RDB and Trunk TN and a print of the TNB for the phone.

Thanks, GHTROUT I aggree this is not an obvious issue. I also upgraded that switch to 4.5 with the recent DEP list. I was hoping some of those issues would of been corrected. I will get nortel involved

with nfrl left default, you should be able to dial tha acod, just not any additional digits.. i usually targ x1 on all new routes, leaving that field blank.. if you've done that, you can't have a targ/tgar block..

if you need additional digits then go to 49 and add an alow table for frl 0.. i have that added because of paging routes. after hitting the acod, we have zones, those digits are blocked by defaut nfrl tables

I also x1 my targ. I am not using additional digits for my acod xxxx on my routes. I also have paging zones as well 0-8. If I keep randomly building the same route configuration on different route numbers I will eventually find one that will work.

Example: I will build route 30,31,32,33,34 and have to skip 35 through 50 and use 51,52,53 and so forth.

I should be able to choose which route number I want from 0-99. The last ones I built was RT 40-46 and only 40&41 work.
