Hi all,

Is it possible to create an windows application from the program I create in access? What I want to do is run my database program in a computer that doesn't have access installed.

Any suggestion?

I believe developer version of Access allows you to build runtime exe's which you can run without the user needing access on their machines.

To my knowledge, unless things have changed, there's no such thing as a runtime exe based version of Access applications. What you can get is a runtime version of Access, which installs on workstations without "real" Access, and allows you to run (but not develop / maintain) Access mdb and mde files.

Installation "disks" for such environments can be made using the Developer version of Office.
