I start seeing the code BUG9232 come up on my terminal over and over again and then I notice that my music on hold has gone dead. I have a Nortel Option 81C with release 23 software. I then disable and reinable the TN on the universal trunk card and this restores the music on hold. The code BUG827 then comes up after preform the disable in LD 32. The problem comes back about once a week. This problem is driving me nuts! Any suggestions?

Thanks....Mark

MARCUS YOU MIGHT CHECK AND SEE IF YOU HAVE A MUSIC TRUNK ASSIGNED IN EACH GROUP ALONG WITH THE CONFERENCE PACK THAT IS ASSIGNED IN THAT GROUP FOR MUSIC ON YOUR 81C. I THINK THAT LATER RELEASE SOFTWARE WAS SUPPOSED TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM BUT AM NOT SURE WHAT RELEASE. IF NOT BUILD ONE FOR EACH GROUP ATTACH MUSIC TO THE TRUNK AND TRY IT. EACH GROUP WILL HAVE 32 LOOPS 0-31 GROUP 0
32-47 GROUP 1
48-63 GROUP 2
64-79 GROUP 3 AND SO ON

This has already been done in the past. Any other suggestions?

Get music on hold up find out what trunk is associated with the call and check the music trunk and conference pack that is connected to. It has to be the music source, the music trunk, or the conference pack tied to the the music trunk in the network group associated with the trunk the call was placed from.
