Bug841 - What does that mean?

Hi all,

I have a new 11C running Succession 3.0 software which I am currently building the database for. Upon uploading the NPAs I've encountered an error. As soon as I get through the DENY code for the first NPA I get a BUG841 message.

The NTP says:
BUG0841 Block size parameter is zero. Procedure File MEMXXX

What does that mean?!

i would see if a diff ssc card would clear that. the code has nothing to do with the memory block problem. i don't use the deny 976 any more, 1 201 976 xxxx is not a good number any way..

Nortel has a patch for Option 11C systems in order to resolve this issue.

The patch number is P18024

Everything runs nice and smooth now!
