Problem Resolution
Fix:
Install MPLR21001

afaik, the release is discontinued, and they don't have their software on a PCMCIA card. How do I go about installing the deplist without PDT or OVLY access. or is there a workaround?

The system administrator is fairly new and doesn't know anything about pbx's so he never did make a backup. And they have no idea if there were previous backups made. So the only data is on the dughterboard/memory.

do you have the original key codes? if not contact a nortel partner.. if you do, do an install and attempt to restore from saved..

if your in a loop you cannot play patches yet.. if you have or can get the patches.. then go to 143 mdcs return and you will see the rest of the files.. it may or may not wrk on an 11 that old. if not your back to someone with pdt access.. if you can restore the old database, the patches should be there without a reload

Yeah thanks John, That was our next solution to just upgrade it to current, which they should've done a while back before the release got to it's end of life.

In order to do an install i would need the same version software on a pcmcia right? that might be a problem.
