Seems like you have a problem with your conference-LOOP 31.
Do a LCNF 31 in LD 38, it will show the disabled and busy state of the loop.
You can DISL 31 and ENLL 31 here to see if it helps, if not then I guess Your vendor is the next stop...
Or maby a MAN INIT will free it up?

All conferance loop 29.30.31 and 62 receive message bug 5416,I changed cpu,sw dougterboard
Some digital sets press TRN key but not responded

Ok, so it's probably not a hardware problem then. Have you checked what patches are in your system? Maby there are patches that match your senario that you could put in?

Ok. My advice is that you check your vendor for patches, that was a rather barebone patchlist. ;-)

Just searched my old files for 23.47 patches and none of them had anything to do with Conference problems. Sorry, my mistake :-( But then I don't have all available patches.....

Do all 3 cabinets have a good ground-connection?
Have you tried disabling cards and removing them one by one from the system and checked if the problem dissapered?
Replaced the PSU in the main cabinet? try swapping it with on of the other.

I changed the DLC slots (all in the 2.CAbinet)
Now 1.Cabinets 4 2.cabinets 3 3.cabinets 3

I m waiting for problems
