BUG302 TNTRANS was called with an illegal value

Hi All-

I am trying to put an extension on key 00 on a IP phone.

TN is 64 0 06 05...

This message comes up.

"BUG302 TNTRANS was called with an illegal value, TN 2356003"

What LD and command will fix this error??

is this a new DN? Are you changing/easy chsnging? Will it let you if you out and rebuild the set, or is that what you are doing?

Identify where the DN appears (if anyplace) and NUL those appearances.

OUT the TN you are attempting to change (if it exists) then try to build it NEW with that DN.

Add the DN back to where it used to be, if it is required to be on any other TNs.

That's what I'd try.

Before I OUT it.. this is what appears when I PRT the DN.

I think you should. It kinda looks like a stuck pointer that may need cleared out if the rebuild doesn't work.

I OUT'd the TN...

If I look for the 3480 DN it comes up with the same error.

How do you clear a stuck pointer?

need a Vendor or Nortel, or someone that knows how via PDT. What kind of system is it? Corrupt TNs can be cleard by sysload on a CS1000E. If that is what you have.
