BUG266 ON OPTION 11

We have a Option 11 system that is getting these bugs a couple times a week

so i looked up the error and it said

BUG0266
ACTIVECR points to a call register that is in the IDLE queue.
Please contact technical support group.
Severity: Major

Does anyone know what causes this and what I need to do to fix it?

An INI should take care of the problem, if not you may need to SYSLOAD it.

We have done INI, SYSLOAD, replaced the NT8D09 card, and the 3 telephones still get the BUG266?????

Are these in an expansion cabinet with a fiber connection? Had one similar to this a while back and the fiber daughter board on the SSC went bad.

All cabinets are at version 2121 release 4

We have the Main Option 11 Switch Cabinet with 2 NTVQ01BB MC-32 cards and a SDI/DCH card this unit does not received the buggs. Then the 2 other locations are connected wireless both sited have 1 cabinet with the SDI/DCH card and MC-32 card both of thoes sited are the ones receiving the BUG266 error.
