NOYE:
(I'm still a "rookie", I took the FAM course and I am scheduled for MACs in July (although I do alot already)

Thanks!

Rusty

Hi,

Could you post the complete Error message?? And are all messages the same?

Marc,

Yes it repeats the same.

It's:

BUG115 : 000165F 005DD0B6 00001001 00008010 000004A1 00000000 19 00000001 00000001 00000000 0 6888 00000084 00008886 00000000 00000000 047306F4 0470B69E 0470A6A4 046F6350 04AD6C3E 0442521E 04423024 04656D16 0465600C 0464FDCC 0BBCFE54 04B6E06E 04B6DD86 04B6DCD0 04B694AA 04B64D9E

The only thing that I see of relevance is that 6888 is our Call Pilot DN.

Thanks,
Rusty

I assume that CP is working ok...

What you could do is call the CP and see if the message comes up...

If it does, program CP again and look if the message is gone.

I have folks calling CP all day. This BUG only comes up 3 to 5 times daily. Thanks for the idea. Any thoughts on this helps.

If you call the CP from an analoge set, do you get the error???
