Buffer under run occurred 1

Hello All

I checked my backup system this morning and noticed the following errors in the log. It has not failed the jobs, just says finished. Does this mean my backups have failed?


E63638 25/02/2007 00:34:13 5408 Buffer under run occurred during backup at Drive [6] ABSL [4 0 1 0] SN [MYJ05085NN ]

E63639 25/02/2007 02:31:24 5408 Buffer under run occurred during restore at Drive [6] ABSL [4 0 1 0] SN [MYJ05085NN]

nasty, good chance of data loss. Update ARCserve with the latest service pack and tape engine update.

We are currently running BAB11.5 SP1.
I need to install sp2.

and the Added Device Support Update should get installed after SP2.

Is the added device support installed part of sp2 or is it a seperate install? If so where can i get this from?

Did some checking and it seems the buffer under run fix was in SP2 but I still recommend installing the Tape Engine update.
