Bubbles transparency, gradient, opacity, layers

pretty easy actually
1) draw an elliptical marquee.. by holding shift you confine it to a perfect circle.
2) select the gradient fill tool (its in the same tile as the paint bucket)
3) click on the color selector for the gradient at the bottom.
4) set your colors and transparencies
5) set your gradient to radial
6) draw your gradient line
all done
