BT ITS Delear board integration with Avaya

Hi All,

I am new to BT ITS dealer board system and do not know any thing.
I was informed by my manager that we have to integrate Avaya and BT ITS Dealer board.

Please let me know the more details of BT ITS Dealer board Installation manual link, any other documents.

I have avaya Cm 5.2.1 and witness 7 with aes 5.2.1.

Please let me know first how to install the BT ITS dealer board and secondly how to integrate it with Avaya.

Is there any docs on BT ITS Dealer board? I really need to understand the product first for my own knowledge. I tried to search on google, but not helpful.

The interface between Avaya and BT will be Qsig - What is the BT switch? If you could tell me that and the model of turret I an sure to have some documentation - we have installed 1000's of BT positions. please note - away on hols for 2 weeks now
