BT crossed lines in North East

Don't pull your hair out if your customers in the North East of England are complaining about one way speech or calls getting crossed lines. We and some of our customers when calling 0208 and 01372 numbers (probably more) can hear the destination fine but the destination hears somebody else and they end up arguing about who rang who. Amusing but annoying, BT are being spanked as I type
