BST DOOR PHONE ON 6.1/7.1

ok here is the issue that i'am having everything seems to be working right but the only issue is i can't hear the the person outside at the door.

door phone ext 224
phantom dn 235

on ext 221,222,223 answer dn 235

dn 235 has (2) intercom / Prime line ICM
capabilities/ handsfree set to (standard),handsfree ans back to yes.

if i change the handsfree to none it does ring but the problem is i can hear who it is outside no voice comes through.

please help with the set up

You need the handsfree. Try changing to auto handsfree. Did you go through the F9*4 options for the doorphone? Let me know if you need me to post the installation manual.

yes i did go through the F9*4 options but still no joy. I do have the manual but still no luck.

HF Auto, or Standard?

HF is standard but it doesn't ring the set or a group it only rings when set to(HF: none).
