I WANT TO CONFIGURE BSR 252 TO ACHIVE A CS1K 5.5 NODE.
COZ THE GLOBAL IP IS 84.62.X.X AND THE LOCAL IP IS 192.168.4.100
IS THIS NAT OR IP ROUTING
I NEED UR HELP MY FRIENDS.

May we first ask that you remove the CAPS LOCK from your keyboard? this is shouting, and I'm sure that's not what you intend.

If I am interpreting your question correctly, to do a one-to-one NAT on the device you have, from the GUI, go to:
SUA/NAT
Addr Mapping tab
Insert
enter your local (192...) and global IP (84...)
