bsm audit files

the bsm audit log files are humongous.. what files and processes do i need to restart/edit in order to log less.. im checkin a few systems and noticed that they are the same in terms bsm audit parameters under /etc/security
however in one system we are getting over 2gb files on daily basis as opposed to 100mg.. TIA ...
