Hello Nortel-folks,
we have a serious problem with BS470-stacks of different sizes using SW-version 3.5.0.58
It happens that the stack looses its configuration of all units beside the base-unit.
The result is thatwith device-Manager only the base-unit is colored. With Telnet, only infos regarding the base-unit are available. We can no longer store the binary-config on a remote device.
The ASCII-config contains only info about the baseunit.

Has anybody a tip how we can recover or what might has caused this problem ?

Have you reset all the devices ?
Dou you have link leds on all the devices ?

No we haven't reset the devices yet.
Link-Leds on all devices are ok, users can work.
We only have trouble with managemnet of devices.

I noticed also that the "show runn"-command shows the following wrong eapol-commands

eapol port 1/15 status authorized traffic-control in-out re-authentication disable re-authentication-period 33554432 re-authenticate quiet-interval 0 transmit
-interval 0 supplicant-timeout 0 server-timeout 0 max-request 0

Therefore I assume that only devices with a certain SW-level that introduces eapol are affected.
