BS332 upgrade firmware failed

Hello,
Symptoms: BS looks ok, no alarm in PABX but signal is poor even if my dect is near BS
....so I have decided to update firmware on BS.

ELU31 card blocked and I enter command like below.

FPI = 3, BPOS = 1A-0-40.

I UPGRADE my bs 332 with this and no any problem so your file is ok

Do you have a full signal?
R u connected to this Bs?
Which commend did you used, maybe i forgot somethig

FYI:
I had he same problem with some BS, I had changed this BS to newer one, then upgrade was OK.

Not possible to download SW to DB1 under certain conditions

Background: Under certain conditions it is not possible to download software to DB1 if the DB1 is equipped with Macronix flash memory.
Solution: Corrected issue with failed PBX communication during flash erase.

Is it possible to reflash (downgrade)my BS? How to do that?
right now fw of BS is like below

0 RFP DB1-B3A/1A
0 RFP ROM DB1 PET R1C 7 exe
0 RFP FLASH DB1 OPERATIONAL GAP R1B 3/80 exe

hi
you can open cober of one of working bs332 and copy prom ic and write with program on that faulty one bs prom
this need you have air heater gun for pick up and insert prom ic on the board
too many time ago i had problem with an elu31 board when i try update firmware not succefull and board not answer ... so itry with downgrade and upgarde no answer ... after that i found an ok elu31 and copy prom from baord with programmer ... so you can test downgrade or upgrade but anyway you can use my way dont worry this is firmware(prom) problem no anything else....

I don’t have such technical skills to do that.
