System tsw sp 2. Can someone advice how to connect the BS 370 with 340.I tried to connect all the possibilities even with the PARI of nearest BS but no joy. ELU 31 is sitting on R9A.

Basically you only need to power up the base, then it will lock to the strongest dect system. When the base has locked to a dect system only the lower LED will be lit.

By the way, you are not using a dect bases/phones on a non european frequency band? As far as I know, the BS370 will only work on the european frequency band (1880-1900 MHz).

Hi,

Latest FW for ELU31 is R11A, Try to upgrade that as well..

Also in recent time , I have seen DECT telephony in MD 110 is very sensitive for clocking... In latest installation I put the ELU 31 on the magazine where I was getting the Sync from PSTN... & Guess, it worked without any hassle...

Cheers,

Etompau you are adding to my knowledge. How do I find which frequency band is used.I don't find any documentation in Alex.
BS 370 is powering up with same status as you mentioned. Call is also made through that BS. But within a minute first speech is gone and then call is dropped, although i can see signal bars.
Singh Brindisi, this setup is working okay on another site with same FW and without external clocking.
Any more suggestions please !

Look at the type number label on your base.

From Alex:
NTM/KRCNB 301 03/1 with GAP SW for frequencies between 1880-1900 MHz and
NTM/KRCNB 301 02/1 with GAP SW for frequencies between 1900-1920 MHz and
NTM/KRCNB 301 04/1 with GAP SW for frequencies between 1910-1930 MHz.

Hi! Etompau,
My BS 340 label says NTM/KRCNB 302 01/1 R4B and
BS 370 says NTM/KRCNB 303 01/1 R3A
All this does not match with your description.
The WRS shows an activity/no activity on upper green LED and I loose all 5 bars with an immediate return a kind of fluctuating signal.
The link info 'Q' from the BSM and WRS toggles very fast between 00-20 also i see some values like 1a to 1f.
your further help will be appreciated :)

I guess you are in for an unsolvable problem. The frequency band is "hard coded" in the bases and cannot be changed.

Ask the company that has sold the BS370 to you base what you should do.
