In Select Expert or anywhere you right click on a data field in Crystal and 'browse data' a limited list of data is displayed. If I unselect 'select distinct data' it still only shows a limited list. I'm using version 8 of GP!! Someone mentioned that I had to amend the registry to do this. Can anyone give me info on this?? Thank you.

Not sure if Great Plains uses its own registry key for Crystal, but I have Crystal 8.5 and Crystal XI on my machine and was able to find the registry key that you are looking for. I'm not sure which version of Crystal GP 8.0 uses but in the registry if you go under HKEY_CURRENT_USER and then either look for a Business Objects, Crystal Decisions or Seagate Software folder (depends upon which version of Crystal) within that folder there should be a Crystal Reports folder. When you open that up you should see a folder called DatabaseServer. What you want to look for is a key called MaxNBrowseValues. I think by default it bring back 500 records. You should be able to modify this key to whatever number of records that you would like returned.
